As starting a commercial kitchen can cost up to $100,000 out of a food entrepreneur’s pocket, we wanted to provide innovators with a space for culinary creativity without the heavy financial and emotional costs for budding food businesses. Our merchant space offers customer-facing opportunities to bring delicious food directly to the community.
