Our kitchen is a certified, health department approved facility, and a shared membership-based kitchen operation. It has 8 production stations and 1 dedicated studio kitchen space available for rent with multiple separate prep, hot, cold and dry storage areas available. Prep, cleanup, and garbage disposal is available for food truck owners as well. Access hours currently are 5am to 11pm, 7 days a week.
